Founded by former NUT Ltd. Scientist Joel Leroux and UNSF General Maximilian Braig in 2176.
With the defeat of Nohman and passing the treaty to gain Mars independence, Metatron mining was put on a temporary ban and a truce was called for both planets. These events made the early years of the company extremely difficult.In 2180, the Martian Independence Act was ratified by both the Earth and Martian governments and Metatron mining was unbanned. By this time, NUT(Nereidum Universal Technology) was the largest weapons manufacturer for LEVs and Orbital Frames.
With the independance of Mars gained, Joel Leroux concieved "Project Gaia", a mass terraforming step-by-step process that, in theory, could make the Martian landscape habital and vegetation and water. General Braig put her project into reality, and in the next 50 years 99.9% of the Martian landscape was made breathable for humans. This eliminated the use of Spheres almost completely and allowed more colonies to be established on Mars(including UNSF colonies).
This risky endeavor made the company suscceful enough to buy out the NUT Ltd., giving them control over Metatron mining operations and LEV and Orbital Frame construction, which was a crucial need at this point. With their new found powers, they took new steps into OF and LEV construction, as well as developing new machines for mining resources at a much faster rate, which led to the creation of the first "Planet Cracker" ship(borrowed from DeadSpace).
In 2198, construction for the Aitine and Taygete mining colonies were getting underway. E.I.G was established on the Aitine colony, the nearest to Mars. Horizontal Space Elevators were also being constructed at the same time, thus forming the Delphi Triangle and allowing fast transport of resources from colony to colony.
