A little bit of what I've been up to...
This is all 3-days of animation and work. Not bad... I've been doing a tribute video for Teshima while being able to keep up with irrzoe and blue skies forever, so i've been doing well. The forum activity here is slow, so I'm going to go ahead and drop some of this stuff here. I hope you guys like the GIF's. I put effort into them.

They look nice! I really like the smoke.
How did you create the robots? Toonshader on 3d models?

How did you create the robots? Toonshader on 3d models? Nah, just cellshaded, then I did the animation through stop motion. It's a very complicated process, but it helps the animation look hand-drawn and of high quality. No keyframing was used in the 3D rendering. only a few sliding animations in 2D

Get me someone who can draw anime people expertly well and you've got yourself a show buddy.
Until then, there is nothing I can do but this small intro.

I'll let Transformers keep that idea to themselves.... If you want me to make fully animated mecha battle scenes of your choice for a 22 minute runtime, you're gonna need to fetch me someone who can draw anime people. Then I can animate those and give a good story. Currently I'm swamped with projects that I irresponsibly piled onto myself alone, but I'll be more than happy to set up a 12-episode anime series with the help of an anime artist. So yeah... like I said.... hook me up with an anime artist, and I'll get to work immediately on something that looks like a love-child of Zone Of The Enders, and Eureka 7. I already have male and female voice actresses eager to get into some of my projects, so it's up to you to find that artist..

If I could do it myself, I would (I'm trying to get better at it myself, but I clearly just don't have the touch). Have you thought of putting out a call to anime artists in other forums, or even on YouTube? There's plenty of anime nerds over there, just waiting to get a chance to put their pencils to work. Tell me, do you have a recording set up, or is it just microphones attached to their computers? I've always wanted to be a voice actor, but have no way of doing so at the moment.

Re: A little bit of what I've been up to...
I'd love to help in the animation deal. Only problem is, I'm still really damn meh at it. And I'm lazy as all fuck. Not to mention I don't even know any other animation softwares besides Flash, and the lines in Flash (at least the ones made using the brush, which is pretty much the only tool I've tried so far) are all wobbly.
Also, may I remind you guys that before animation comes plot and storyboarding?
