There are leaders, and then there are followers. I'm a leader that gets other leaders to join in the same crowd with the same amount of control over the same project.

Two heads make a genius, and 10 heads generate creativity of Godly proportions.

*Cough* Sorry to interrupt your philosophy, yet i have to remind you, that various heads have to push a single way so everything goes right, i know well about this, the whole team must have a single objective so they give everything they have into this objective, if each head thinks of different things, the project will never be done.

But of course, this is a good team, and i'm sure everything will be alright in the end.

Nah, there is ALWAYS contradiction by somebody in the group. Everybody has their own different views and perspectives that let the group identify any flaws and improve them.

It wouldn't be a group if everybody had a different goal, right?

It's because i'm forced to make groups with the worst people in the room in the school *.*

So i'm very familiar with the situation. A group where nobody agrees in any point.
