Post Viola is the most central character of ZOE
She appeared in ZOE 1, the Idolo movie, and even her controversial "soul" has appeared in ZOE 2.

It can still be debated on whether or not she is AI, because it became clear in the Dolores series that soul can somehow function in Orbital Frames, and it it often common to have random souls just popping into them.

So it is very likely that we will see Viola in ZOE 3 and BE THE MAIN BIG BOSS!

She is the most important character in the ZOE franchise. She's existed in most of its content, yet gets little love and appreciation.

I somehow doubt it. She was never the big cheese, only a pilot under the "mastermind"'s orders. Remember ZoE1? She was a recurring villain, yes, but the enemy behind it all was Nohman. ZoE2? Same deal. It wouldn't surprise me if she appeared once again as the most stubborn boss in the game, but it sure as hell would be weird if she was the big bad behind it all.

But then again, all this is highly unlikely to ever happen in a third instalment. Why? Well, ADA erased Viola's AI. Which was clearly said to be an AI. And was deleted.

then explain the infinite violas at the entrance of aumaan. She is immortal, and can respawn as many bodies as she wants.

How do you know those were, in fact, Violas and not just empty, pilotless copies of Nephtis? It could very well be some sort of defence system of Aumaan, or some sort of Metatron manifestation (don't forget we're talking about Aumaan. Massive quantities of Metatron there).

I think if they did/go with that approach, they'd probably somehow shoehorn in the ghost/AI of Radium Lavans and Dolores to try and quill her rage or anger, but it would be something more like the last boss fight with her, not THE last boss fight, and because of this, the frame inhabited by three AI/souls would show up and aid the protagonist, whoever it is, in defeating the final boss with a suicide attack, completely ending their part of the story in the ZOE series with a happy one.

...or at least that's how it usually goes in mecha based games and or anime.
