I think this could be interesting. I'd assume it would just be the two games, and I'd prefer they didn't go into new story arc with the game, since I don't own a 3DS and if Kojima wants me to buy the Metal Gear and ZOE collections, I won't be buying one. I do, however, think that putting out more ZOE games is always good for the series and this is welcome. For once, I may not own every ZOE game!

In typical Kojima fashion though we know nothing about it beyond the tiny morsel he's thrown us. He's a master of mind-f*ckery though so it may not be what it seems.
That being said I'm interested to see what he and his team would do with 3DS hardware, thing has a lot of untapped potential and this could be a real killer app for it.

All said though, Z.O.E is getting some love finally. Woot!

Damn, for the 3DS? I really doubt I'll ever buy it, so that kind of sucks. Still, I sure hope something awesome comes out of that.

I doubt he's going into new water with this game. I predict it to be the two games on 3DS, kinda like the Ocarina of Time remake.

I will BUY a freaking 3DS if its a new game, but if its just a slightly beefed up FoM I'm not going to bother. but the Z.O.E. switched around to look more like 3DS makes me wonder what he's planning. Again, I hope its not a remake, though it would be pointless to remake Z.O.E. when its coming out in HD.
