Post Hobbyfan is taking preorders for Jehuty Resin Kit Recast
http://www.hobbyfan.com/product_info.ph ... o27m31c9u0

Hey guys, I've been lurking here for a very long time, and I felt now was a good time to make my first post. Hobbyfan is taking pre-orders for a recast of the Jehuty Resin Kit, and at a great price too. If they get 6 more orders, they will put it into production, making me a very happy ZoE fan. ZoE kits are extremely rare, and very expensive when available, so this is a great opportunity to snag one.

Cheers.

Caution: Garage Kit model requires painting and assembly. All parts come unassembled and unpainted. Paints and tools are not included with the model.

This caution alone makes me want to break that model once it arrives, Why cant they sell ready one's?

That would take 75% of the fun out of it. I can walk you through how to paint and assemble one of those no problem. Although, it does look pretty tough, so I would suggest practicing on an easy kit first.

It's also mentioned that the paint and tools aren't included in this pile o' crap, So not only i dont have to screw up in painting... But i actually have to go find the right paint and tools....

What a bummer, And as much as i love ZOE merchandise. I would like to have a ready one.

Well it's obviously not your cup of tea, but i personally like to do that kinda stuff, it makes you feel more like it's your own and something you can be proud of but hey, like i said to each their own

I'm not into the assembling & painting hobby either, but I can see the appeal. A lot of people love the idea of being given the tools to make your own Jehuty, for example, and then getting that sense of accomplishment after everything's assembled, painted, and complete.

Everyone's Anubis or Jehuty will look different, since each person has their own way of painting and assembling it, which is kind of cool.

Still, though, not for everyone.

Anyway, Justinzero needs 6 more pre-orders. I'd pre-order one just to do it, but to be honest? I really don't want one of these, let alone to pay for one, since I'm assuming you have to buy it once you pre-order.

Keep checking around, I suppose.

Actually gsdude, I "LOVE" these kinds of stuff.

but this is something thats outside my country (not being able to order again) and something that should be taken care of when assembling.

Jehuty model please!

No you don't have to pay once you preorder, only when they have the kit ready. I love doing resin kits as it gives you a really close on-hand experience with the statue, which is really cool for something as detailed as Jehuty. There is only so much you can put into graphics, or on paper, so working on a 3d cast of Jehuty has me really excited.

I am also sticking my pre order on it, as I want a Jehuty model, and this is the only way I think I can get one now; painted or unpainted.
