Anyone play any games in the ACE series? Are they as good as ZOE?

These games were only released in Japan. They look pretty cool and I would like to check them out, but from what I've seen, it doesn't look as good ZOE.

I've seen a few copies at my place too, but since it's japanese language only I can tell it's not really user friendly. I remembered playing it once during a game test, it has pretty much similar controls to ZOE if i'm not mistaken. But that's old story now, my ps2 controller was busted anyway...

I have the game,they are good if you like gundams and macross and stuff mashed together in 1 game.
however compared to ZOE this game is rather weak in my opinion,i might anger some fans but,this game is good and if you like gundams and other anime mechs mashed together in 1 game,its even greater .

But compared to ZOE the combat is alot slower,and the controls are not as sleek.

But still if you like mecha games like me,get the game its worth it.As long as you dont expect it to be like ZOE.Its still a good mech game.

Get A.C.E 3 its the final 1 in the series,You could tell me what mecha anime series you like,and i can help you consider this game better

Now I'm waiting for someone to come here and say that ACE is miles ahead of ZOE. I personally do not care about that kind of debate, though. I mainly thought it looked cool and wanted to share.

Okay.. So how far??

it would have to be better than murakumo... and THEN better than ZOE
and that surfing board kinda kills it for me

It is not always there, I think it was something with that mech alone
