Re: Anubis A.I.? I honestly thought that was just Anubis talking through ADA.
Anyway, to add my two cents: I figure every OF has an AI, but, as somebody else said, they're all simply mechanical sounding and most are probably what ADA was to begin with: a simple combat AI. It's her experiences through ZOE1 that give her her unique personality. Dolores was different because she wasn't the Frame's primary AI, ISIS was, and she was cold and merciless. Pharsti (from Fist of Mars) was unique because she was someone's consciousness imprinted onto a computer. As was mentioned earlier, the AIs seem to be the separation of the runner and the Metatron, following the example from Idolo and Radium. And somehow, AIs seem to separate you from Metatron even when the stuff is coursing through your vanes (Dingo doesn't go crazy at all, even though he's only alive because of the Metatron).
