OFF TOPIC: Have you by any chance played the Symphonia game on Wii? I was considering picking it up but wanted to hear some opinions first.

oh yeah, i was able to convince my sis to buy it for me, it was a BIG dissapoint ment
just a crappy spin off, nothing ot major. i would suggest you don't get it... unless you're a real hardcore symphonia fanboy like me

Hey Miss Fox, I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees the flaw in the battle system, I manually enter in each attack mode to add some difficulty to it for myself, but I don't think you want to start a console war on the forum.

Tales of Symphonia is awesome
The second one is less so, but its not a BAD game.

Also the Atelier games (including Mana Khemia) are good times~
I really should start Ar Tonelico, having finally managed to get ahold of the first one (wasn't released in the UK, I had to import from other parts of europe, even though teh game is in english. Derp)

Atelier Rorona and Ar Tonelico 3 look pretty :'(
I wish they;d get english releases already.

For what its worth, of the recently released RPG's I consider Resonance of Fate a far better game than FFXIII, and at least there the 360 version doesn't suffer from the same issues.
