Re: irrZOE fan game
By the way, this has been bugging me for a while, but I always forget to ask about it. Why is it that the image files must be either 512x512 or 1024x1024 instead of 800x600?

The graphics-card is optimized for power-of-two dimensions, I think. (then you can do bitwise shift instead of multiplication and division, so it gets faster math operations)

michael_3dx wrote: Helldiver450, do you think we should have a flying dragon-like boss, or is it to hard to do? I don't think it'd be too hard. I mean, about the flying, just about everything in this game flies. All you'd have to do would be a robot dragon that seemed like it could fit in the ZOE universe. I'm thinking of some sort of Raptor/Dragon cross. A similar head and a skeletal body, composed mainly by a large, wavy spine, on which many modules (read: cannons and wings) would be attached.

Re: irrZOE fan game
Draw some concepts first, before you spend time on the 3D model.
I was thinking someting like a gorilla/crocodile mix, like the one in NG3

GIF's aren't supported, but if you make them as separate images, then I can change images and animate them. I intend to put all SPFX images in a large 512x512 texture, to not need to change texture between draw-batches. So make a row a series of images (like 16 32x32 images in a row, or 8 64x64). Helldiver450, do you understand how I want the texture?
