i need the MSVCP71.dll bull shit
and my machine won't recognize it

Missing .dll's is common with doujinsoft such as this.

it says

"el programa no puede iniciarse porque falta MSVCP71.dll en el equipo.
intente reinstalar el programa para corregir este problema."

witch means
the program can't iniciate because you lack MSVC71.dll in your equipment.
try reinstalling the program to correct this problem.

but it didn't work

don't reinstall, just download the .dll.
It happens with doujinsoft like this all the time.

Google should come straight up with a number of options of where to download this specific dll
Then just put it in you .../Windows/System32 folder and try running the game again.
