ZOE COCKPIT PLACEMENT CONCEPT
I drew this a long time ago in GIMP when I was 16, and decided to bring this up as an Orbital Frame cockpit placement concept drawing right now, at age 19. What do you think of this?

Re: ZOE COCKPIT PLACEMENT CONCEPT
I believe a conventional chest-based cockpit is precisely what Yoji Shinkawa was trying to avoid when he designed the prototype OF. Sure, the "cock-pit" is kinda disturbing, but pretty original nonetheless.

Re: ZOE COCKPIT PLACEMENT CONCEPT
THIS ORBITAL FRAME LOOKS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I hope it shows up in ZOE 3. It has an even more advanced and "fractal" design than most of his orbital frames.

Oh it's already in ZOE. IIRC, Shinkawa designed this during his high school years and later evolved it into Jehuty; a lot of the design features are carried over mostly intact.

Re: ZOE COCKPIT PLACEMENT CONCEPT
yes it is indeed VERY familiar.
However, Jehuty looks more like a Bio-mecha from its organic, smooth, architecture.

That prototype is quite good, but still a bit bulky.
@helldiver450: Hmm the way the cockpit protruding looks unnatural. You got any other drawing like this???

Re: ZOE COCKPIT PLACEMENT CONCEPT
Nice.
But the reason I've heard the cockpit is where it is, is for the old joke "cock pit".
