[Flaming / Trolling]
Offensive and outright hostile behavior is unacceptable on the forum. If you have a problem with a user, or think they did something wrong, PM a moderator or administrator and inform them about the situation.

A user may be warned for trolling/flaming if they appear to be:
- Flat out insulting a user instead of giving constructive criticism.
- Posting with the intent of derailing a topic.
- Posting with the intent of starting a flame war.
- Disrupting a conversation.

[NSFW Material]
There should be no nudity (real nor animated) in images posted on the forums, nor should there be any links to pornographic websites. Including a pornographic or NSFW image in your signature/avatar will result in a warning, and the removal of said signature/avatar.

[Illegal Downloads]
Posting links with illegal downloads is forbidden on MGS:TUS and ZOE:TUS. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Commercial ROMs, music, movies, full albums, etc.
- Warez

Posting a link to a site where the majority of the media is illegal, with the intent of downloading illegal media, or the sole purpose of the site is determined to promote the download of illegal media is not allowed.

If you are unsure if a link you want to post is permitted on the forums, contact a moderator or administrator.

[Offensive Content]
Anything that can be considered offensive to community standards will not be tolerated. This includes obscene material, libel, excessive profanity, racial slurs, and generally anything that will more than likely offend one or more users on the forum.

In addition, no user may attempt to get another user warned by claiming the material is offensive when it is evident that it is not. This is in compliance with the fact that a user can simply refrain from visiting a thread that they feel is inappropriate for them.

This may include, but is not limited to:
- Pornography
- Shock sites
- Discrimination based on race, religion, sex, etc.
- Generally anything with explicit content that would be deemed offensive by the community

[Spam]
Spam will not be tolerated on this forum. Spam includes, but is not limited to:
- Posts without a purpose or to take up space.
- Posts that only have a smiley in them, or a quote and a smiley.
- Threads that have been created without a purpose.
- Threads created with the intention of cluttering the forum or posting a large amount of unnecessary text or images in them.
- Replying with something that throws the thread off-topic.

[Double Posting]
This means that a user has posted twice, consecutively, in the same thread (i.e. without letting someone reply before posting again). There are, however, a few exceptions that may not result in warning issued to the user:
- Double posts made by the user hitting "Submit" more than once before the page refreshes, causing the same message to appear multiple times.
- Double posts consisting of artwork, fanfiction, or any content contributing to the forum.
- Double posts that don't appear to disrupt or harm the conversation taking place.

[Avatar & Signature Size]
- ZOE:TUS adopts the same avatar and signature standards as MGS:TUS. The maximum dimensions for signature images is 550 pixels in width and 200 pixels in height. This includes all pictures in the signature, meaning that if there’s two pictures of 150 pixels on top of each other, you have a total height of 300 pixels, hence breaking the rules.
- The maximum dimensions for the avatar image is 130 pixels in width and 170 pixels in height.

[Advertising]
Advertising your website means that you post a link to your website for the sole purpose of getting more traffic for it. The only way this is allowed is by including the link to your website in your signature, or if posting a link to your site adds to a particular discussion or topic.
