its an old FPS called SHOGO i used to play when i was like 13. well i found a patch to play it co-op and i came here see if you guys are interested. its an anime based FPS sience fiction game about this bro who has 2 girlfriends, and you can use 1 from 4 Mechs between missions, and the pilot in other missions, there are some rly cool weapons too here is the opening of the game don't expect that much graphical power from it its an old game from the 90s *stares at shadowrunner and =jehuty=* anyway i'll post the links so you may download it if interested part 1 http://www.megaupload.com/?d=78J081HX part 2 http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2MU414YT part 3 http://www.megaupload.com/?d=A15AL95X part 4 ttp://www.megaupload.com/?d=IUD3WR6A co-op patch http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YTJU8MID you'll need the daemon tools lite to mount the image and the 2.2 update for the coop patch to work (you can google them out) here are a few steps on how to start the coop i'll copy paste from the read me that you'll probably won't read but they're important so here they are 1. Patch Shogo up to version 2.2. The mod will not work with previous versions. 2. Copy the file Coop.rez to the Custom folder in your Shogo root directory. 3. Start Shogo. This will bring up an options screen on your desktop. 4. Click Customize. 5. You should see Coop.rez under available rez files. Click Add to add it to rez files to load. Make sure Coop.rez is the only file under rez files to load. 6. Click Launch Shogo. 7. View or skip the intro movies to get to the Shogo main menu. Click Multiplayer to bring up the multiplayer settings dialog. 8. Choose to either host or join a game. Choose a network protocol. Click Next. 9. Name yourself. Choose a color and a mca type. The mca you choose here will last throughout the course of the game. Choose the connection speed that correctly matches your connection. Leave the limit frame rate check enabled, with a value of 115 or less. Click Next. 10. If you're hosting, enter a game name and the number of max players (up to 5). Click Next. 11. Under the retail levels section, highlight the map 00_LOBBY and click Add. 00_LOBBY should now be the only level under the game levels section. If there are other levels present, remove them. Click Finish. 12. If you're connecting to a host, click Add to add the host's ip address : port number (27888) to your list. For ipx games just wait a few seconds for the session to register. Highlight the session name once it appears and click Finish. This will take you to the Lobby. 13. To get out of the Lobby, go and touch Gate A. i already tested it and it works, all i need is people to join the Lobby also make sure you change the controlls once you start the game they are set by default in the arrow keys, so i would recomend changin them to WASD. |

Lol, SHOGO. I have the iso for that somewhere, probably on my other PC. I could maybe give this a go sometime. |
