Nothing is known about Lt. Volkovo other than he is the leader of the Zakat runners, the 4 pilots of the massive Orbital Frame Zakat, which played a central role in BAHRAM’s overtaking of Mars.

Volkovo, along with the other Zakat runners, escapes in an escape pod shortly before the frame is destroyed by Jehuty.
