A worker on the civilian transport vessel “Atlantis”. Rock pilots a LEV. While initially doubting Leo’s ability to pilot Jehuty he soon comes to realize that Leo is a more than capable runner of the frame.

A lover of difficult, challenging and often dangerous tasks, Rock hopes to fulfill his mission by bringing Jehuty safely to Mars.
