Well, maybe not Snatcher. We got a version of that, bastardized though it was. But, Policenauts never came over the Pacific, so there's probably a decent fan community for that (like there is for everything that needs to be pirated). Speaking of Policenauts, anybody notice how this  looks a little like this

I see a resemblance. It reminds me the whole Metal Gear Mk2 thing from Snatcher that came back in MGS4. |

Frankly, it doesn't surprise me at all. Official sites of games come and go all the time, especially when all those sites are pretty much abandoned by the company near release. See the ZOE HD site, for example. I just checked and I see no more updates ever since they released the trailer. After that, they just become a bunch of data floating around in the web until the company decides it's just wasted bandwidth and finally close it down. That the FoM website has lasted this long is actually surprising. |

As of the time of this post, the site seems to have returned. It is likely it was taken down temporarily, and only as part of the process of restructuring their official sites. Unless it was simply... renamed. http://www.konami.jp/gs/game/testament/ |

Just an update on this, the 2173 Testament link is now just redirecting me Konami Japan's homepage. And the Dolores,i site is giving me an error - effectively dead. |
