Its dosen't have to be hightech, remember the scene in ZOE 2, the Viola AI Pilot used like a piece of metal or something and stabbed Jehuty and Dingo.

I think Aumaan Zetus would put up a good fight. #1, it is equal to Anubis with ZeroShift #2, it had two blades- one of which bigger than its body #3, the hip-mounted dual beam cannon is a much faster burst attack than Anubis's "homing lava ball". Let's not forget that the dashing speed is already mach 4 just for normal movement. Although Zetus may not be more powerful than Anubis, its agility and fast-response weapons make up for it. However, Aumaan Zetus might have a hard time beating Aumaan Jehuty due to its god-powerful homing laser attacks combined with ZeroShift.

Chaos Eidolon is modelled to appear to be like Anubis, but of course isn't him. Still, I'd say chao's attacks are a little stronger than Anubis's, but lacks the speed and ZeroShift that made Anubis a legendary antagonist.
