Zone of the Enders: The Unofficial Site (a subsidiary of MGS: The Unofficial Site) is a fansite dedicated to the "Zone of the Enders" game franchise by Kojima Productions (formerly KONAMI Computer Entertainment Japan), a subsidiary of KONAMI Corporation. All official Zone of the Enders media belongs to KONAMI. ZOE:TUS aims to provide a website for the Zone of the Enders fanbase where fans can have discussions, view articles and information, as well as enjoy resources such as images, movies, music, fan-created works.

Like MGS:TUS, ZOE:TUS respects the rights of copyright owners. No media, articles, or ideas otherwise expressed on on this site are intended to harm any individual or infringe on the rights of others. We will comply with any reasonable removal requests by copyright holders or artists provided it is in accordance with the law. If you have an issue with the site, please contact an administrator and we will gladly see to it that the issue is resolved.

Terms of Use

By using Zone of the Enders: The Unofficial Site, you agree that you are at least 13 years of age and that it is legal for you, in your area, to visit a website for any game that may include violence and/or mild language. By using the forums at this site, you agree that you are at least 13 years of age, it is legal for you to visit an internet forum, and that you will respect the rights of others by abiding by all rules listed on the site.

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (Personal Information) or allows us to contact you. Generally this information is requested when you are asked to register before participating on the message boards, entering a contest, etc. We use your Personal Information for four primary purposes:

ZOE:TUS gives children between the ages of 13 and 18 the ability to publicly post or distribute personally identifiable contact information without prior parental consent. If for some reason you believe ZOE:TUS have not adhered to these principles, please notify us by e-mail at privacy@zoneoftheenders.org, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Be certain the words Privacy Policy are in the Subject line.

Changes to this document

Changes to this document may be made any time without warning. ZOE:TUS may or may not notify you of changes in this policy, however, we will make an effort to notify you if there are any major changes to this policy. You will not be notified about changes related to clarification and/or elaboration of parts of this policy. Notices will either be posted in the news section on the main page of the site, and/or on the forum.
